This guarantee is applicable only if the unit is returned in new condition with no damages caused by the purchaser. If the unit is damaged there are no refunds or exchanges. All deposits are non-refundable. Any order not picked up after 90 days when it’s ready, we will consider the order cancelled and all deposits will be considered lost and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. 

Please note that cosmetic issues are not covered under this guarantee such as fairings, cases etc. Any products left for repairs will be charged a $5.00/day storage fee after 14 days. Unclaimed units will become Avvenire property after 90 days. E-bikes in Ontario are street legal if you are minimum 16 years of age, wearing a helmet and have not modified the bike. I understand that some products are sold as an off-road/track use only vehicle, and should not be taken onto any roads, paths, parks, or privately owned property where such vehicles are prohibited by municipal or local laws.
